  • What type of wigs do you specialize in?
    CUSTOM WIGS. Wigs that are machine made with a frontal or closure and are customized to look very natural for each client.
  • What are your wig policies?
    PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING. A photo copy of your driver's license and a signed Wig Contract Agreement are required to process all orders. Please click here to fill our your contract. Standard orders are fulfilled within 15 - 21 business days after the date of purchase. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding all holidays. Rush orders are fulfilled within 7 -10 business days. You have the option to rush any order for a fee of $100. A SHIPPING FEE IS APPLIED TO EACH ORDER A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for your package after it is with the post office carrier. NO REFUNDS ; NO EXCHANGES
  • What is the shipping time?
    Standard shipping is 2-4 weeks with selected Carrier. Shipping time may vary during sales or peak times.
  • How do I care for my custom wig?
    You should allow the hair to air dry or dry using a hooded dryer. Our Recommended shampoo/conditioner is Joico & Suave
  • Do you also install wigs?
    Yes, You can schedule an appointment to have your custom wig installed here.
  • What do you need measurements for?
    I only need measurements for a CUSTOM WIG. I will need all the right measurements to ensure the perfect fit. I DO NOT need measurements for a factory lace wig. They all come one size fits most. From (19-23 circumference).
  • Do I have to use glue to hold my wig down?
    No. If you choose the option to get a closure wig made , you will not need adhesive. If you are purchasing a frontal wig, unless you add a band, you will need glue or adhesive to keep the wig down.
  • What wig do you recommend for beginners?
    A closure wig . Frontal wigs or full lace wigs can be a lot to work with and a lot of maintenance if you are not familiar with them.
